steaming - can take much longer than other cooking methods, boiling - easier to overcook fruit & vegetables, loose water soluble vitamin B & C, poaching - food can taste bland, water soluble vitamins B & C are lost in the water , BBQ, chargrill, grilling - less fat is used, retains more nutrients, good flavour , stir fry - might use too much oil, wok might not be the correct temperature , deep fry - adding saturated fat, fod can be greasy, baking - not suitable for all types of food, food can be dry , roasting  - can take a long time, food can become burnt, microwave - over cooked dry food, more chance of food poisoning,
