דְכִי, because when, אָתָא לְיָדֵיהּ, it came to his hand, בְּאִיסוּרָא, at a forbidden time, דְלְכִי יָדַע, because when he will know, דְנָפַל מִינֵיהּ, that it fell from him, לֹא מְיַאֵשׁ, he will not give up hope, מֵימַר אָמַר, he will say, סִימָנָא, a sign, אִית לִי, I have, בְּגַוֵיהּ, inside of it, יָהִבְנָא סִימָנָא, i will give its sign, וְשָׁקִילְנָא לֵיהּ, and I will take it, בְּזוּטוֹ שֶׁל יָם, by the tides of the sea, וּבִּשְׁלוּלִיתוֹ שֶׁל נָהָר, or the spoils of the river, אע"ג, even though, דְאִית בֵּיהּ סִימָן, there is a sign, רַחֲמָנָא, the Torah, שַׁרְיֵיהּ, permits, כְּדִבְּעִינָן, as we needed.
