It does look strange, What strikes me is that it looks as if someone sliced the top off, The thing is that the skyline itself is a mess, It's the angle they took the photograph from, that's the problem, Not only is the style unappealing, but it also towers over everything around it, What the building needs is the icing on the top of the cake to finish it off properly, It's the light colour that makes it look fresh , As a resident what I'd really like to do is knock it down and have the architect start again, There's nothing appealing about it, I think it's just awful, It looks like a bunker and probably with no natural light inside either,
