SHOULD, go for a walk every day, exercise a few times a week, eat healthy food, learn new words every day, practice English on a regular basis, stay more positive, watch English videos, go to bed early, eat more vegetables, SHOULDN'T, go to bed late every night, drink coffee in the evening, eat fast food every day, stay up all night, buy things I don’t need, do nothing all day, watch TV all day, miss my English classes, eat a lot of sugar, drink sugary drinks every day, be late for work or class, sit all day without moving, stress too much about small problems.
