CLINICAL LABORATORY  - It is a facility that caters blood and other body fluids collection and process them to provide series of test results to aid the physician in making the proper medical diagnosis and provide immediate attention to the patient. , TRADITIONAL METHOD - The clinical instructor accompany group of students to a clinical laboratory and assign them to different sections in the laboratory. , PRECEPTOR MODEL - An experienced and expert staff of the lab, will work with the student with a 1:1 ratio in addition to ongoing patient care responsibility. , ASSOCIATE MODEL - The staff and the clinical instructor is collaboration to provide students the information, learning and skill needed in the clinical setting., STRENGTH OF CLINICAL TEACHING - Problem Centered Approach in the context of Professional Practice. , FORMATIVE - It is the ongoing feedback given to the learner throughout the learning experience and helps identify strengths and weaknesses and prevents learners from being surprised at the end with the judgment of their performance. , SUMMATIVE - It is a summarized feedback given at the end of the shift or term by the staff in charge or clinical instructor. , NORM-REFERENCED - Learner is compared to a reference group of learners, therefore, evaluation and grading are relative to the performance of the group., CRITERION-REFERENCED - Compares the learner with well-defined performance criteria rather than comparing him/her with other learners., BEHAVIORS TO BE EVALUATED - Knowledge about the different sections in the lab as well as its function and routine work.,
