Sometimes some data or information needs to be changed in MS Excel. Editing is correcting or changing your data, The editing tools work only on selected cells. To select a cell, click on it, or use the arrow keys on the keyboard., To select several cells at once, click a cell and drag the cursor until the whole area is covered., To select a row of cells, click on the number to the left of that row, To duplicate the text. You can COPY the text, select the new location and press the PASTE button, To move the text to other location, use CUT and PASTE, To remove the contents of a cell, select the cell and press delete on the keyboard. to remove the contents of a full row or column select them and press delete, To replace what is inside the cell, just click on the cell, and then type in the new data, To edit the contents of a cell, double-click on it, use the cursor and edit the text, press the enter key to finish editing.,
