Also, social media shows, us ways to live healthily. Lastly, people want to feel, good and live longer. I like to keep fit by going for a, run every morning. It helps me stay , healthy and energetic. I also enjoy, playing football with my friends at the weekend. Sticking to a balanced, diet with lots of fruits and vegetables is important too. Keeping fit makes, me feel great.
