People today are more interested, in healthy living. There are many reasons, for this trend. First, people are more, aware of the benefits of eating well and exercising. Also, social media shows, us ways to live healthily. Lastly, people want to feel, good and live longer. I like to keep fit by going for a, run every morning. It helps me stay , healthy and energetic. I also enjoy, playing football with my friends at the weekend. Sticking to a balanced, diet with lots of fruits and vegetables is important too. Keeping fit makes, me feel great. In my region, teenagers enjoy, a variety of sports activities. Football is particularly popular, with, many young people playing in school teams or local clubs. Swimming and running are preferred, by those who enjoy individual sports. Many teens enjoy skateboarding, and biking, too, as they offer a fun way to hang out and stay active with friends. I believe a healthy, lifestyle is very important. It helps me feel, energetic and happy. I try to eat a balanced, diet with fruits and vegetables.
