1) Donate food in honor of someone who has taught you how to give 2) Host a call with a few friends and ask each person to make a donation in honor of someone on the call. 3) Give directly to families experiencing hardship (see link). 4) Buy some extra food items and give them to a local pantry. 5) Take action with Mazon: A Jewish Response to Hunger (see link) 6) Create a moment of gratitude before consuming your food. 7) Find a local food pantry that is taking prepared food and cook a dish with your family or friends. 8) Eat slower. Take one breath in between each bite in order to savor the food. 9) Eat silently. Try to only focus on what you are eating.
