Heart Rate, number of times our heart beats in one minute, Rate of Percieved Exertion, how hard you think and feel your body is working on a scale from easy to very hard, Pacing, controlled speed and rhythm so I would not get tired too quickly, Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity, exercises that raise the heart rate and breathing more than normal but are still safe and manageable.
