What type of people do you see? Who are they?, How do the people interact with each other?, What activities do you notice? What are the people doing?, Look at the employees (librarians). What are they doing? How do they interact with visitors?, What do you notice about the space? (colors, decoration, seating, spaces, etc), What types of materials or services do you see?.
