1) Family: The first social support network a) I will dedicate at least 30 minutes in my daily schedule to call my family or share with them, listen to them without interrupting them, and make an effort to understand their point of view. b) I will not infect my family with the flu this winter, as I always get sick at the end of the year. 2) Personal Development: Learning every day a) I want to learn a language in my sleep b) In the second semester of 2024, I will take a course “Entrepreneurial Awakening” through the MLMIF campus with the commitment to have 4 hours a week for 2 months to complete it successfully. 3) Health: Area related to self-care in every aspect of the person (food, sports, etc.) a) Some Mondays I will go to the gym and I will only consume food supplements. b) From June 4th I will go at least 3 times to the gym from 6 to 7 am, I will reduce the consumption of sugar and fast food and I will consume at least 1 liter of water daily. 4) Social: social circle of being's life a) I will donate my income to the protection of dolphins. b) In the second semester of 2024, I will be a volunteer of MLMIF, supporting as a tutor of the campus courses, for this I will have Saturdays from 10 to 12 pm. 5) Productive: how to access economic resources for their livelihood. a) I will invest my money in gambling and hope to win the lottery. b) Due to my talent for art, I will start selling paintings to generate an extra income from August 2024. 6) Financial: availability of money and material goods a) Saving is not important to me, I'm going to spend month by month all my salary, life is only one. b) Starting June 2024, I will save $300 a month for 16 months to be able to go to Equatorial Guinea, so I will refrain from traveling in December 2024 and buying things that are not in my budget.
