The woods became darker and colder., The sun began to set and the path grew gloomy., The trail was covered in shadows., As I walked on, I could hear the dreadful sound of someone crying., Their cry was ear-piercing., It was a boy and a girl sat beneath a tree., The boy was feeling a lot of different emotions., He felt, uneasy, shaken and rotten inside., He was ashamed that he couldn't help the children.
