I hate job interviews, they always make me feel nervous and anxious. I remember once when I had an interview for my dream job, my mind went blank, and I couldn't give any good answers to the questions they asked me., Job interviews are important because they allow employers to get to know the candidate and see if they're a good fit for the company. When I had my interview for my current job, I was able to showcase my skills and experience, which led to me getting hired., I'm not sure how I feel about job interviews. On one hand, I want to get the job, but on the other hand, I get really nervous and don't know how to present myself in the best way possible. I guess it just depends on the situation., Job interviews are a nightmare! I once got rejected from a job I really wanted even though I aced the interview, and that just made me feel like giving up on everything. Why can't employers just hire people based on their resumes and references?.
