Used for bigger files like movies or apps., Character Set - A list of characters a computer understands, like letters, numbers, and symbols., ASCII - A character set that uses 7 bits to represent 128 characters., Unicode - A character set that can represent thousands of characters, including different languages., Pixel - A tiny square of color in an image. Lots of pixels make up a picture., Resolution - The number of pixels in an image. More pixels mean better quality., Color Depth - The number of bits used to show color in a pixel. More bits mean more colors., Bitmap - An image made of pixels. It gets blurry if you zoom in too much., Vector - An image made of shapes and lines. It stays clear when zoomed in., File Compression - Making a file smaller to save space or send it faster., Lossy Compression - Removes some data to make a file smaller, like JPEG images., Lossless Compression - Shrinks a file without losing any data, like ZIP files., Sound Wave - A way sound is shown as data. It looks like a wavy line., Sample Rate - How many sound samples are taken per second. More samples mean better sound., Bit Rate - The number of bits used per second of sound.
