1) I keep trying but nothing is working 2) I'm just too busy to fit exercise into my routine 3) I've never enjoyed exercise 4) I'll never be able to stick to it 5) I've had a really bad week 6) I've quit smoking before but I always go back to it 7) Whenever I've lost weight I just put it back on again 8) Drinking is the way I relax 9) I can't imagine ever being a non-smoker 10) It's impossible for me to lose weight
