Made of dark stone, it has nine levels—six square ones at the bottom and three round ones at the top—ending in a large main stupa. Around it, there are many smaller stupas, each hiding a Buddha statue inside. As I walk along the narrow paths, I can see how carefully each carving was made, showing the amazing skills of the people who built it. Located in Magelang, Central Java, the temple was built in the 9th century during the reign of the Sailendra Dynasty. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991, Borobudur Temple is one of Indonesia's most popular tourist destinations., Borobudur Temple has a unique structure consisting of nine stacked platforms, with six square terraces and three circular ones at the top. The temple is adorned with 2,672 relief panels depicting various stories from Buddhist teachings, as well as 504 Buddha statues. These reliefs not only hold high artistic value but also serve as a medium for spiritual education. Borobudur was constructed using approximately 55,000 cubic meters of andesite stones, assembled without any adhesive. Today, Borobudur Temple is not only a pilgrimage site for Buddhists but also an important subject for archaeological and historical research.,
