They had been in the airport for two hours. The gate agent is already sealing the door. Other passengers who made the flight are settling into their seats. What was happening at the gate?, Card 4 — The surprise announcement During a routine team meeting, the manager announces the company is being restructured. Nobody had been told in advance.
