It is more capable than POP and allows complete management of the remote mailbox, FTP: File transfer protocol, This is used to send computer files from one host (node) to another over the internet or other TCP/IP network. FTP is commonly used for uploading web pages to web servers and is normally supplied as part of most web page editors.,
