People are talking together, so this must mean it is the time ____ the show stops so the performers can rest for a while. Ouzi - An Eid Al Fitr Dish. Eid Al Fitr is a time ____ people come together with those they love and celebrate the event with traditional Emirati food. One example of this food is a dish called “Ouzi” which is made mainly from got or sheep meat. Recently there is a chef in Dubai ____ is making this dish popular with tourists as well as locals. Musabbeh Al Kaabi is an Emirati chef at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel ____ “Ouzi” has become famous. Al Kaabi says; “As a young boy during Eid, my friends and I would share Ouzi from the houses ____ we lived in Hatta. We would sit together and taste each Ouzi and compare”. He has developed his recipe for Ouzi that includes two flavoured herbs ____ grow on his own farm: shooa and zam. However, that is all he will tell you about how he makes Ouzi.
