The goal is to observe the unknown around you, using these strategies you can define strategies which you can use to respond quickly and effectively., Product Owner - Is defining the work to be done., Scrum Master - Ensures impediments, or blockers, to the team are identified and removed., Development Team - Is collectively committed to getting the work done., Sprint - A timebox the team uses as a development, or working window., Sprint Planning - During this event, the PO shares the highest priority items, and the development team selects the items they confidently believe they can complete within the sprint, and commits to doing the work., Daily Scrum - Every day the team members share what they finished the day before, what they will be doing today, and any issues that are blocking their progress., Sprint Review - The team demonstrates everything they accomplished in the sprint; in scrum when we say that something is completed we mean that it is fully done., Sprint Retrospective - The time the team sets aside to reflect on and adapt their internal practices so that they can improve them., Increment - Created for each sprint and consists of the work completed in the sprint plus all the work completed in the previous sprints; it is a growing body of completed, ready to be used product., Product backlog - The single source of work for the development team, Managed by the PO., Sprint backlog - The list of the work items the team committed to complete in a sprint., Done - Work is complete on the product Increment.,
