Humans have made some truly amazing - technological advances over the last 100 years., Today things are easier than ever, but - we aren't any happier., The interesting thing is that while much of this technology was created to save time, - we actually spend more and more time staring at computer screens than ever before., In a way, we have become trapped by the very things that were intended - to give us more free time., Since social media has become more and more popular, we could enjoy deeper - connections with people., However, in fact, the opposite is true - while we may have 1,000 "friends" online, - more and more people are reporting that they feel lonely.,
