Often they also initiate and provide the finance for the project as they ultimately benefit from it., Project Sponsor - Usually a senior executive within the business who is overall accountable for the successful delivery of the project and responsible for ensuring the project is aligned to organisational strategy and values., Project Manager - Person given responsibility for the on time, and to budget, delivery of the project. They will be responsible for task delegation, monitoring and managing overall project progress and maintenance of key project documentation. They will also need to identify and manage risks and issues., Project Coordinator - Works alongside the Project Manager to monitor and gather information required for the project and distribute it to the wider Project Team. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate the work of the wider Project Team as required.,
