Things to do/say when advocating for assistance: I need some assistance with this, Is there someone that could train me on this?, Could I please have some help?, I feel a bit overwhelmed by this, could someone assist me?, This is starting to frustrate me, could I take a break and try again with someone else helping me?, I think I am getting it, but I could use a little more practice, I would appreciate some extra support on this task, Thank you for helping me complete this. , I am doing my best, thank you for supporting me while I am learning, This job can be hard, but I am glad I am able to have help when I need it, Things to avoid doing/saying when needing assistance: I know how to do this, but I don't feel like it, Can you just do it, I don't get it!, This is dumb!, Why is this important to do anyways?, I don't want to do it., I don't know what I am doing but I do not want your help, Sorry for having so many questions., You probably think I am stupid, I hate this job, i give up ,
