There has been huge changes in education all over the world. , , Girls nowadays feel they have much more opportunities than they ever had before., , In some cases fifty percent of university students are female., , Although the pay gap is very small when people start their jobs., , As they go up the career pipeline things start to change., , As you go up that pipeline you find that women are experiencing more the pay gap with their male counterparts., , It is really important that we do not forget there is a long way to go., , Now the case is different than thirty years ago and opportunity is open to everybody., , As you go up the career ladder things start to change and the paygap starts to widen., , Particularly as women have children and have to consider coming back to the workplace., .
