i learned that rules can be doors and locks at the same time; in grading, the same move reads as “bold” from the canon and “broken” from the margins, so I name the double Standard and grade for rhetorical effect, not dialect policing., Whose errors are “style” and whose are “deficit”? Who decides?, What voices do “rules” privilege or exclude?, What does the AI debate reveal about the “originality” we claim to value?
