The interviewer spoke very quickly, covered their mouth with their hand while speaking, and refused to write down the questions. The employee sat in silence and missed all the instructions. 12) You are shopping with a friend who uses a walker. The aisles in the store are so narrow and full of boxes that your friend gets stuck and knocks over a display of shoes. The manager gets angry at you. 13) A blind visitor pays for a ticket to an art museum. There are no audio guides describing the paintings, and visitors are strictly forbidden from touching any of the sculptures. The visitor leaves after 10 minutes. 14) You invited a friend who uses a wheelchair to your housewarming party. You live on the third floor. On the day of the party, you realize your building’s elevator is too small for their wheelchair to fit inside. 15) A local gym refused to sell a membership to a man with a prosthetic leg. They claimed he "might look out of place" or "hurt himself" on the treadmills. 16) You called a taxi for a friend who is blind and has a guide dog. When the taxi arrived, the driver saw the dog and refused to let them in, shouting "No pets allowed!" before driving away.
