I had a packed schedule running straight through the weekend., a timetable with very little free time in it, I always had a lot on my plate., have many things to deal with at once, Some weeks I was under pressure to fix three things before lunch., feel forced to do something difficult, quickly or well, By then I was feeling drained most afternoons., feel like you have almost no energy left, Even when I left my laptop, I couldn't unwind., become more relaxed after being tense or busy, In July I finally took time off., not work for a period of time, The first few days I mostly caught up on sleep., sleep more than usual to compensate not sleeping enough before, Now I try to make the most of my time off., use free time as well as possible
