I keep trying but nothing is working, I'm just too busy to fit exercise into my routine, I've never enjoyed exercise, I'll never be able to stick to it, I've had a really bad week, I've quit smoking before but I always go back to it, Whenever I've lost weight I just put it back on again, Drinking is the way I relax, I can't imagine ever being a non-smoker, It's impossible for me to lose weight.
