1) What is ROBLOX? a) Is an online video game platform. Users can create their own virtual worlds with the game creation system called Roblox Studio b) is a construction video game, of the «open world» or sandbox type, originally created by the Swede Markus Persson, and later developed by his company, Mojang Studios. c) is an online strategy video game for mobile devices, created by the Finnish company Supercell, it was released globally on March 2, 2016. It is a freemium real-time strategy video game based on the characters from Clash of Clans. 2) How does it work? a) In Clan Wars, Clans compete against other Clans for rewards and Clan Trophies. Clan Wars are found under the Clan tab. Clan Wars are always ongoing; they do not need to be started by a leader or co-leader. Each War will last for 4-5 weeks, with 1 “River Race” each week. b) Roblox makes in-game commerce possible by having a virtual currency – Robux. Players buy Robux with real cash, and then “spend” Robux for items within the games of their choice. Developers build up Robux from the games they make and then exchange Robux back for real money. c) Canva makes branding images as simple as a drag and drop. Whether you choose to use your logo, social media handles, or a hashtag, what was once a time-consuming task will only take a few minutes. Canva's transparency tool also means that branding your images can look sleek and non-invasive to the viewer. 3) characteristics a) every player is automatically given an avatar, a human-like character which, by default, reflects the player’s appearance in all Roblox games. b) Avatars may not be customized with a vast array of body parts, accessories, clothing, skin colors, animations, and more. c) As the name suggests, R3 avatars are constructed of only 6 parts, giving them a very limited range of animated motion.
