What does it or will it look like in the classroom? 3) Are the topics I choose culturally rich, personally relevant, and engaging for students? If yes, give an example. If no, what would you tweak. 4) How do you plan or would you plan interpersonal interactions into instruction, even if it is not the main goal of the lesson?  5) How do you keep track of the frequency of interpersonal interactions, including who is speaking to whom? (student to student, student to teacher, etc)? 6) What is something you do, that helps keeps student language output spontaneous, as opposed to prepared? 7) How am I making (or how can I make) interpersonal communication a daily habit, not just an occasional activity?
