a lecture, a talk that is given to a group of people to teach them about a particular subject, often as part of a university or college course, project-based learning (PBL), this method is very similar to another method on the list, but is usually more long-term and students typically work in groups; students are free to choose their own way of solving the problem, there’s a lot of collaboration, shatring of ideas and presentation as well, an experiment, an activity where students work on carefully designed guided inquiry questions either at home or at school, alone, in pairs or groups; e.g. growing a plant, building an electrical circuit, flipped classroom, a method that reverses the traditional sequence of instruction - the lesson content is made available to students in advance of the lesson, usually online, in the form of a video, a role-play, a technique that allows students to explore realistic situations by interacting with other people in a managed way in order to develop experience and trial different strategies, experiential learning, in this method, students learn by doing and by reflecting on the process, task-based learning (TBL), a method of teaching which is centered around a particular piece of work to be done, e.g. write a letter, make a reservation in a hotel, create a lesson plan etc., a demonstration, the teacher presents the pictures/ charts/models/experiments and explains the principles and concepts involved in these materials or processes
