You are walking to Transmilenio, and you see an old lady having her purse taken. Do you help her?, You see an old lady have her purse taken, but you also see other people witness the robbery. Do you help her?, You are commuting home from work/university when you see police beating an unarmed civilian. What do you do?, You live in an apartment with paper-thin walls.
