My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one week in May and I have to say we were bitterly disappointed. We do not have unusually ____standards but considering the cost of the room, we expected more. First of all, we both slept very ____due to the noise. We called reception a number of times to complain about noisy guests. They promised to tell them to keep ____but this never happened. What’s more, there were guests turning up all throughout the night. This would be OK except for the noise of the lift which was right outside our room. Additionally, the whole hotel was very disorganised. We at least expected a neat and ____room. Finally, the staff were not very helpful. They didn’t seem to have any common ____even when dealing with small problems. This hotel is not breaking the____but they are taking large amounts of money from people and providing a very bad service. It definitely does not ____the requirements of a luxury hotel.
