You call over a server to complain and to ask for some sort of compensation, You call for a taxi through an app. The driver takes too long to pick you up and decides to take a longer route to your destination without consulting you. The room's wi-fi doesn't work and you need it in order to attend some work meetings. You decide to call reception to complain about it and for the problem to be resolved
