I don't mind a little honest criticism - I've got a pretty THICK SKIN. , not easily hurt by criticism , It really DRIVES ME UP THE WALL when people leave all the windows open.  , really annoys me , I often want to scream at people, but I usually decide to BITE MY TONGUE. , stop myself from speaking , I try not to LASH OUT at other people when I'm upset. , suddenly express anger , Nasty online comments really GET UNDER MY SKIN. , deeply annoy or upset me , If I'm angry, I LET OFF STEAM by kicking a tree., release anger or stress, I sometimes BOTTLE UP my emotions. , hide my emotions , I always PUT A BRAVE FACE ON, even when I'm stressed.  , pretend everything's fine , I didn't want to MAKE A SCENE, but I was really upset.  , act out emotionally in public , I try to TAKE A STEP BACK before reacting. , pause to think calmly , Talking to a friend helps me PUT THINGS INTO PERSPECTIVE. , see the bigger picture , I needed to GET SOMETHING OFF MY CHEST, so I told him the truth., talk about a worry.
