Inhale for 3 seconds/exhale 3 seconds.  2) On your own take 3 dramatic big belly breaths 3) Say “ahhh” and hold it for as long as you can 4) Count to 5 as loudly as you can 5) Spoon activity: tongue strength exercise 6) Say “buttercup”. Let's say it 3 times over-exaggerated. Now as fast as you can for 10 seconds. 7) I am hungry. I am hungry. I am hungry.  8) Say the sound /m/ and hold it as long as you can 9) Say the sound /u/ and hold your nose closed as long as you can
