I prefer modern house to a period one., There are a lot of reasons for it., In my opinion, a house must to be convenient to live in first and foremost., New houses have all modern conveniences., Heating, cooling, water supply and electricity wiring are modern conveniences., More over, new houses are always spacious, have wide rooms and high ceilings., Most old houses feel like they try to suffocate you., Besides, an old house often needs a lot of work., Things want to break down., They're always in a constant state of renovation., I admit, period houses have their charm., I've lived in an old house before., But ever since I moved to my brand new home my life become easier and happier.,
