1 - Raj went to see his friends Sam and Lee to tell them that his father had agreed to take them to a fair. , 2 - Unfortunately when Lee asked his mother’s permission, she couldn’t let him go because she had no money to give him for the fair., 3 - Lee was disappointed but his friends said they would help him to get some money by doing a few jobs., 4 - They were given the first job to wash Sam’s father’s car but they made a mess and were scolded instead., 5 - Mrs Green gave them a job that was to walk her dog., 6 - Mrs Green paid Lee a pound but Lee had to give the money to the girl because the dog caused her ball to be flat., 7 - When all hopes to get money seemed lost, Lee, Sam and Raj saw a purse fell off a woman’s shopping bag., 8 - As much as Lee wanted to keep the money to himself, he ran after the woman to return her purse., 9 - Lee was delighted when the woman rewarded him with 5 pounds.
