They should also offer educational programs and events tailored to young people's interests., What museums would you recommend visiting to a foreign tourist?, I would recommend visiting the Hermitage to a foreign tourist, because this museum isn't just limited to art displays, it is an immersive cultural experience. I would also recommend going to the open-air Graffiti museum in Saint-Petersburg as it serves a perfect example of alternative art.
