It was effective using a variety of training approaches as I did not get bored. - This means that I was engaged in my training at all times and motivated to work hard as I was doing different things., Before each session I carried out a warm up involving jogging and dynamic stretches which was effective. - This means that I was ready for the session and less likely to pull a muscle and become injured. As a result I could complete all of my training sessions and did not need to miss any due to injury., I trained on a Tuesday Thursday and Saturday with a rest day in between each session which was effective. - This meant that it gave my body time to recover from training and in the next session I was able to give my full effort., I decided to train for 6 weeks which was effective. - This meant that I had enough time to see progress and improvements which motivated me but it was not too long that I started to lose focus and interest and no longer want to train., During my fartlek training I did it with other people in the class rather than on my own which was effective. - This meant that during the sprint I was working hard to try and beat the person beside me. As a result I was working at a higher intensity and staying in my training zone., During my repetition drill in badminton I worked with a friend who was not as good as me which was not effective. - This meant that I was not challenged enough and became distracted and had a conversation with my friend. As a result I was not doing the practice correctly or developing my technique.,
