PUWER - Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (1998). This looks at health and safety risks related to equipment used at work. It eliminates risks from the use of equipment or identify that there is a need to bring in suitable safety measures. Any equipment used by someone at work has to be suitable for the job, safe, well maintained and only ever used by those who have been trained to use it., RIDDOR - This means Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (1995). A range of particular diseases or dangerous occurrences determined by the Health and Safety Executive must be reported. There is also a need to keep an accident book., Work at Height Regulations (2005) - The Work at Height Regulations 2005 is to prevent death and injury caused by a fall from height.,
