How can I help?, It keeps on going wrong all the time, What's wrong with it exactly?, It's always crashing and it won't remember the time or date, When you say 'it's always crashing', do you mean it actually switches off?, I sounds as though it could be a battery problem, The best thing would be to buy a new battery, That should fix it.
