Contact EE for DOD - Set this task to verify DOD on an ECS (5 bd after DOD), Missing Tax Info on Cert Ref - Research to see if tax % needs updated on a claim, Call Claimant - call claimant to confirm RTW plans or f/u calls (status checks), Review Delivery/Surgery - set this when EE is having a surgery during a claim that you need to confirm occurs, Close Claim Recommended - This is the 45 day task for both pending and suspend processes.  For Pending, if this task fires then it is time to close the claim for FTP for whatever we are missing.  For the suspend process, you will close the claim and write a denial letter., Call Employer - use when f/u with group for information, Day 15 Incomplete - Close claim: Close Claim FTP is missing info has not been received, Set Final Periodic Payment - always set this task 3 business days prior to the approved to date on the claim to that you are releasing your final payment timely.  At this time you would call the claimant with this task and confirm if they are RTW or not.  If they are, final pay the claim; if they are not, you will start the suspend status., Update Claim Information - This is your 30 day pend task,
