1) To speak English well, you have to live in an English-speaking country for at least a year. 2) It doesn't matter if you make mistakes in English if people can understand you. 3) You shouldn’t say anything in English until you can say it correctly. 4) Learning English is all about learning a lot of grammar rules. 5) It is important to revise and practice a lot. 6) It’s okay to guess if you don’t know a word in English. 7) People who are good at maths and science are not good at learning foreign languages. 8) It is easier to read and write in English than to speak and understand it. 9) I believe that someday I will speak English very well. 10) The longer I study English, the more enjoyable I find it. 11) To say something in English, I think of how I would say it in Slovak and then translate it into English. 12) Some people are born with a special ability which is useful for learning English.
