CIDM: Assists with creating and maintaining customer accounts, Serves as a main point of contact for onboarding new/additional account creation, Uploads customer demographics, contact information, licenses and other account details, Contracts: Point of contact for manufacturers and uploading contract pricing to customer accounts, Responsible for maintaining base, tier and individual pricing on items for customers from their GPOs and manufacturers, Assists with chargebacks, some credit/rebills, pricing reports and audits, PRxO: Monitors pricing on generics items and conducts competitive market analysis to make price adjustments, Helps answer questions surrounding products on AB's generics portfolio, Manages ACAP, sequencing and other substitution logics for generic products on customer accounts, DSA/AE: Fosters the financial relationship/growth between AB and the customer, Proposes AB solutions to customers to drive business and increase revenue, Spearheads conversations surrounding renewal agreements with the customer, Partners with the Account Manager to help relationship between AB and the customer be impactful and successful, GPO Account Manager: Responsible for maintaining customer relationship for Vizient, Premier, HPG and similar customers, Serves as a point of contact for Account Managers on rules/regulations surrounding the Group Purchasing Organizations, Resource for questions surrounding the GPO's contractual agreements with AB, Health System/DOD Account Manager: Maintains operational relationship with health systems and non-GPO customers, Serves as a daily point of contact for customer inquiries and triages requests to appropriate teams for completion, Runs reports for customers on a variety of items, such as purchases, account details and case management, Main point of contact for escalating customer requests for swift resolution,
