וּמשֶׁ֗ה הָיָ֥ה רֹעֶ֛ה אֶת־צֹ֛אן - and Moshe was shepherding , אֶת־צֹ֛אן יִתְר֥וֹ - the sheep of Yisro, חֹֽתְנ֖וֹ - his father in law , כֹּהֵ֣ן מִדְיָ֑ן - the minister of Midyan , וַיִּנְהַ֤ג אֶת־הַצֹּאן֙ - and he guided the sheep, אַחַ֣ר הַמִּדְבָּ֔ר - far in the desert , וַיָּבֹ֛א - and he came , אֶל־הַ֥ר הָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים - to Har Elokim, חֹרֵֽבָה - to Chorev , וַיֵּרָ֠א מַלְאַ֨ךְ ה אֵלָ֛יו - And an angel of Hashem appeared to him, בְּלַבַּת־אֵ֖שׁ - in a flame of fire , מִתּ֣וֹךְ הַסְּנֶ֑ה - from within the thornbush , וַיַּ֗רְא - and he saw , בֹּעֵ֣ר בָּאֵ֔שׁ - burning in the fire,  וְהַסְּנֶ֖ה אֵינֶ֥נּוּ אֻכָּֽל - and the thornbush was not consumed , וַיֹּ֣אמֶר משֶׁ֔ה - And Moshe said, אָסֻֽרָה־נָּ֣א - I will turn aside, now , וְאֶרְאֶ֔ה - and I will see, אֶת־הַמַּרְאֶ֥ה הַגָּדֹ֖ל הַזֶּ֑ה - this great sight , מַדּ֖וּעַ לֹֽא־יִבְעַ֥ר הַסְּנֶֽה - why will the thornbush not burn , וַיַּ֥רְא הֹ - and Hashem saw , כִּ֣י סָ֣ר לִרְא֑וֹת - that he turned aside to see , וַיִּקְרָא֩ אֵלָ֨יו אֱלֹקים - And Hashem called to him, מִתּ֣וֹךְ הַסְּנֶ֗ה - From inside the bush , וַיֹּ֛אמֶר - and He said , משֶׁ֥ה משֶׁ֖ה - Moshe Moshe , וַיֹּ֥אמֶר הִנֵּֽנִי - And he said here I am , וַיֹּ֖אמֶר - And He said , אַל־תִּקְרַ֣ב הֲלֹ֑ם - do not come closer to here , שַׁל־נְעָלֶ֨יךָ֙ - remove your shoes , מֵעַ֣ל רַגְלֶ֔יךָ - from your feet , כִּ֣י הַמָּק֗וֹם - because the place , אֲשֶׁ֤ר אַתָּה֙ עוֹמֵ֣ד עָלָ֔יו - that you are standing upon , אַדְמַת־קֹ֖דֶשׁ הֽוּא - is holy ground , וַיֹּ֗אמֶר - And He said , אָֽנֹכִי֙ אֱלֹקי אָבִ֔יךָ - I am the Hashem of your father , אֱלֹהֵ֧י אַבְרָהָ֛ם אֱלֹקי יִצְחָ֖ק וֵֽאלֹקי יַֽעֲקֹ֑ב - The Hashem of Abraham Yitzchak and Yaakov , וַיַּסְתֵּ֤ר משֶׁה֙ פָּנָ֔יו - and Moshe hid his face , כִּ֣י יָרֵ֔א - because he was afraid , מֵֽהַבִּ֖יט אֶל־הָֽאֱלֹקים - to look towards Hashem , וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יְהֹוָ֔ה - And Hashem said , רָאֹ֥ה רָאִ֛יתִי - I have indeed seen , אֶת־עֳנִ֥י עַמִּ֖י - the affliction of my people , אֲשֶׁ֣ר בְּמִצְרָ֑יִם - that is on Mitzrayim, וְאֶת־צַֽעֲקָתָ֤ם שָׁמַ֨עְתִּי֙ - and their outcry I have heard , מִפְּנֵ֣י נֹֽגְשָׂ֔יו - because of those who pressure it (him) , כִּ֥י יָדַ֖עְתִּי - because I knew , אֶת־מַכְאֹבָֽיו - it’s pains , וָֽאֵרֵ֞ד - and I shall go down , לְהַצִּיל֣וֹ - to save it , מִיַּ֣ד מִצְרַ֗יִם - from the band of Mitzrayim , וּלְהַֽעֲלֹתוֹ֘ מִן־הָאָ֣רֶץ הַהִוא֒ - and to bring it up from that land , אֶל־אֶ֤רֶץ טוֹבָה֙ וּרְחָבָ֔ה - to a land that is good and spacious , אֶל־אֶ֛רֶץ - to a land , זָבַ֥ת חָלָ֖ב וּדְבָ֑שׁ - flowing with milk and honey , אֶל־מְק֤וֹם - to the place of , הַכְּנַֽעֲנִי֙ וְהַ֣חִתִּ֔י וְהָֽאֱמֹרִי֙ וְהַפְּרִזִּ֔י וְהַֽחִוִּ֖י וְהַיְבוּסִֽי - The Kanani, the Chiti, the Amori, and the Prizi, and the Chivi, and the Yivusi, וְעַתָּ֕ה - and now , הִנֵּ֛ה צַֽעֲקַ֥ת בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל - behold the outcry of Bnei Yisroel, בָּ֣אָה אֵלָ֑י - has come to me , וְגַם־רָאִ֨יתִי֙ - and also I saw, אֶת־הַלַּ֔חַץ - the opression, אֲשֶׁ֥ר מִצְרַ֖יִם לֹֽחֲצִ֥ים אֹתָֽם - with which the Mitzrim opress them , וְעַתָּ֣ה - and now , לְכָ֔ה - go , וְאֶשְׁלָֽחֲךָ֖ - and I will send you , אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֑ה - to Paroh, וְהוֹצֵ֛א - and take out , אֶת־עַמִּ֥י בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל - my people Binei Yisroel , מִמִּצְרָֽיִם - from Mitzrayim , וַיֹּ֤אמֶר משֶׁה֙ - and Moshe , אֶל־הָ֣אֱלֹקים - to Hashem, מִ֣י אָנֹ֔כִי - who am I? , כִּ֥י אֵלֵ֖ךְ אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֑ה - that I should go to Paroh , וְכִ֥י אוֹצִ֛יא אֶת־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל - and that I should take out Bnei Yisroel , מִמִּצְרָֽיִם - from Mitzrayim ,
