My negotiation skills can be hit and miss , but I always learn from each interaction to improve., I am sick and tired of the excessive overtime work that leaves me exhausted and with little time for family., Every now and then , I treat myself to a spontaneous getaway that recharges my enthusiasm., I need peace and quiet in my workspace to focus and be productive without constant interruptions., I thought long and hard about changing careers before finally deciding to pursue my passion., I've been attending professional development workshops  on and off to keep my skills up to date with industry trends..
