To talk about something which happened a very short time ago,  - we use the present perfect with just., To talk about something which will happen very soon, - we use the present perfect with already., To talk about something which happened not long ago, or sooner than someone expected, - we use the present perfect with yet., already and just come  - after have and before the main verb, yet goes - at the end of the sentence,
