Look for any hazards and call for help, Check airway is clear, Check if casualty is breathing-if not apply 2 quick inflations and check that chest is rising, Check if casualty has a pulse, if no pulse start massage (staying alive), Check for other conditions such as bleeding, If conscious re-assure the casualty, if not put into recovery position.
